Drift og vedligeholdelse (O&M)

Operation of the Odense Tramway System is expected to commence in 2020. Odense Letbane P/S is looking to find an Operator and Maintainer (O&M-Contractor) for the Tramway System.

The following Tenderers has been prequalified for the O&M Contract:

• Keolis Danmark A/S
   
• Metro Service A/S
   
• Odense Lightrail Service A/S (Umove and Transdev Sverige AB)
   
• Stockholms Spårvägar AB

The O&M Contractor will be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the Odense Tramway. This includes facility management and the cleaning activities of the Rolling Stock (RS) and Transportation System (TS).

The O&M Contract is expected to be signed during the second half of 2018, and hereafter the mobilisation of the O&M Contractor will commence.

At this point, the RS and TS Contractors have already started construction. Once construction is completed the test and commissioning activities will begin.

Once the Test and Commissioning activities have been accepted by the Client and the RS, TS and O&M Contractors have obtained the necessary approvals, the assets will be handed over to the O&M Contactor and Trial Run will commence. Once the Trial Run objectives have been meet, the Trial Run is completed and commercial operation will commence.

The O&M Contractor will then be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Odense Tramway for the next 10+5 years.
